Rodzina Nowaków i ich przygoda na wystawie LEGO w Austrii
Meet the Nowak family from Krakow – true LEGO enthusiasts. The parents, Monika and Marek, along with their children – 10-year-old Kuba and 6-year-old Zosia – have been building sets together for years, visiting exhibitions, and keeping up with the latest news from the LEGO Group. This year, they decided to fulfill a family dream: visiting a special LEGO exhibition in Austria – in the heart of Tyrol, of course, in Tirolland!
Why did they choose Tirolland?
“We saw online that Tirolland is a true paradise for LEGO fans. What convinced us were the huge variety of models and the weather-independent indoor exhibition,” says Marek.
The family was thrilled that the exhibition grounds featured both LEGO and Cobi models showcasing famous places from around the world. Another highlight: they were even allowed to bring along their beloved Golden Retriever, Fado!
Visit to the LEGO Model Exhibition
The exhibition in Tirolland was a dream come true – not only for children but also for adults. The family admired hundreds of breathtaking models:
- Castles, cities, and trains made from thousands of LEGO elements,
- special structures inspired by European architecture,
- movie scenes that Kuba recognized from his LEGO Star Wars sets.
Monika was impressed by the details:
“Some models looked almost alive. For me, it was a real lesson in architecture.”
Tickets and organization – everything perfectly planned
The family purchased their tickets online before the trip – this way they could avoid queues and benefit from a discounted children’s rate.
“The ticket prices were really fair – especially considering the wide range of attractions in one place,” says Monika.
Additional highlights: play zones and relaxation for parents
After the tour, Zosia enthusiastically jumped into one of the play zones, where she was able to create her own LEGO constructions. Kuba chose the gaming area, where tricky puzzles and LEGO quiz questions awaited him.
Meanwhile, the parents relaxed with a coffee at the bar – and Fado rested in the specially designated pet zone.
Memories for a lifetime – and a planned return visit
The family was so thrilled that they are already planning their next visit – this time together with the grandparents, who will also benefit from discounted admission.
“This is the perfect outing on a non-shopping Sunday – everything is open, there are no crowds, and the kids don’t even want to go home!” Marek laughs.
